yep, been there. for the parts, you need to go for OEM or high-quality aftermarket. one tip for you is about pitfalls. you know, the biggest pain is usually bleeding the system afterward.
Get yourself a good one man bleeder kit or, even better, a buddy to help! haha. also, check all your brake lines for rust or weak spots while you're in there. yeah, you don't want to fix one problem and create another

Haven't done it myself yet, but I've heard Granit parts are solid options for Zetor replacements. One tip I've seen, double-check the push rod length as some aftermarket cylinders can need slight adjustment
