I got this Zetor and it satisfied me much at first, but it did not last long because its "illnesses" came showing. Every time I use the bucket for a long time, the tractor loses traction. And I am losing my sh!t. When it cools down, the tractions reverts and I am left wondering what the hell's happening. So really

What the hell is happening?

When the bucket is full, it shifts weight away from the rear wheels, which can reduce traction significantly. The easiest solution is to add a counterweight to the 3-point hitch, or you could simply keep the bucket only half full.

Wait, so I'm not sure if I understand the question. You're having traction problems when there's too much weight in the bicket? It's basic physics and normal when you shoft the weight.

I had a similar thing happen a while back on my uncle's old Zetor 4911. I loaded the bucket with too much gravel, and the back wheels could hardly touch the ground. We ended up hanging an old concrete block off the back, problem solved. It was for sure a mix of a balance issue and the hydraulics getting too hot
