Zetor 4320 hydraulic issue

I’ve got a 1998 Zetor 4320 that runs like a dream but lately the bush hog 2445 QT loader has been acting up. It struggles to stay lifted and only works if I hold the stick down and rev the engine. No visible leaks on the cylinders so far, and the hydraulic fluid reservoir is full. Any ideas on where I should start troubleshooting?

If there are no leaks it's probably not the cylinders so I'd check the pump or valve block next. I had a similar issue with my old tractor once and it turned out to be a clogged filter or a tired pump. You should take a peek under the hood before things go full haywire

Probably air in the hydraulic lines or a weak pump, since there's no leaks and fluid is good, start by bleeding the system thoroughly but if that doesn't help, check the loader's control valve and pump pressure next.
