Zetor 7040 too similar with the TYM 754

Aren't they just two of the same thing with different names? Looked at the TYM website and compared. There are models that LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME. How is this possible? Same manufacturer or?

True cub cadet and TYM had a partnership back then, and a lot of the SC series were actually built by TYM and just rebranded under cub cadet. That's why the SC2400 looks nearly identical to certain TYM models, because mechanically, they pretty much are. Same thing happened with other brands too like yanmar, mahindra, even some john deere compacts, all shared platforms or parts with TYM at one point.

Yeah, that happens more than you'd think. Often, it's the same base tractor rebranded for different dealers or markets, sometimes with minor differences like paint, badges, or package options. They'll look identical because they're built on the same chassis and use the same components, even if the nameplate is different.
